WATCH WEEK COMING:
Watch Week for Studio B is the week of January 30th.
Watch Week for Studio A is the week of February 6th.

Mid-Winter Break is February -19th – 26th

Pictures of costumes are all displayed on our bulletin board in the waiting room. The costumes were chosen to work with two different Recital dances for each class, while keeping all the Studio’s costumes unique and different. Each student will need tights. Tights are NOT included with the costume. Recital tights are plain (NO lace or print or lines on top). Tights are to be shiny, lycra (spandex) tights. Plain nylon tights or pantyhose are not correct. Please Note: The costumes do not arrive at the Studio until the end of April.

For your convenience, Recital Tights will be available at the Studio the week of March 12th through the 17th. All tights that are required for our Recital will be on sale from The Dancing Shoe. THIS IS THE ONLY WEEK THEY WILL BE HERE AT THE STUDIO TO SELL RECITAL TIGHTS, AS THEY WILL BE OFFICIALLY CLOSED FOR BUSINESS AFTER THIS SALE.

* A reminder that Ballet and Tap shoes must be BLACK for Recital pictures in May. *
Mini, Junior and Senior Dance Company need Ballet Pink Ballet shoes.

RECITAL MUSIC: If you want your child to have music to practice their Recital dances, CD’s are available for purchase in the Office. The price is $4.00. Dance Company CD’s are $6.00. Sorry, cassettes are no longer available.

RECITAL TICKETS WILL GO ON SALE APRIL 29TH.
Seats are reserved. In order to sit with family and friends, tickets need to be purchased together. Tickets go on sale on a Sunday so that all students’ families get an equal chance to purchase the seats they prefer. We also provide a mail-order service, but with mail-order you cannot choose your seats and mail-order tickets are filled after in-person sales. More information will follow.

Now that Recital is well in the works, please remember that attendance is very important. If you foresee a problem with attendance, please contact the Office, make-up classes are available. Don’t forget that students cannot miss the week prior to Recital. We do apologize for the repetition, however, we want to make sure there are no misunderstandings. We don’t want to lose any students from the show because of miscommunication. So, please call if you have any questions. Thank you for treat donations during January:
